Port Authority´s New Mentorship Program Designed to Help Small Businesses Become Long-term Partners

Lash Green has a plan to help minority, women-owned and small businesses in the New York and New Jersey area.“We see small businesses as partners. We cannot successfully implement our capital plan without the help of local minority and women-owned firms providing the skills, technology and services needed to achieve our goal,„ said Green, the Director of the Office of Business and Job Opportunity. “We recognize that the region will require a wide range of entrepreneurs from different disciplines: architects, designers, construction experts, goods and service providers as well as a skilled workforce if it is to ensure its growth,„ added Green.
